The Scoop
Yeems Coffee soft-opened in January 2022 in Koreatown's Wilshire Center, and it is a large part of why Los Angeles now knows what Vienna-style coffee is. The format is a cream top: a house-made cream sitting over whatever is underneath, which you shake before drinking so the two meet properly. The current Vienna Matcha puts ceremonial matcha under it with a matcha drizzle on top. The current matcha board also carries Matcha Latte, Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte, Rose Matcha, and Matcha Tea. The summer Creamy Matcha series left the menu on August 29, 2026. Two rooms carry the name now, the Koreatown original and a second down in Gardena. Lines happen at both, and we have never once minded.
