Ceremonial-grade matcha from Kagoshima, Japan runs the board here, bananas-and-cream matcha and all, alongside the single-origin Peruvian coffee that Couplet also sells wholesale. Figueroa is busy with people who need something quickly, and Couplet's color is a welcome interruption to a street of grey glass.
