The Scoop
Sobuneh began as a backyard breakfast-burrito pop-up founded by three first-generation Iranian American friends in Los Angeles. Its name comes from the Persian word for breakfast. The West Hollywood cafe serves Persian-influenced matcha drinks alongside breakfast burritos; the West LA kitchen at Colony offers pickup and delivery.
