About Time occupies the former Caffe Bene space on Wilshire in Koreatown, with a large main room and a second floor used heavily by students and laptop regulars. The current matcha list covers a latte, an einspanner, strawberry and ube milk drinks, strawberry and ginger-yuzu ades, a cheesecake cookie and a raspberry cake. Corn, pistachio and Spanish lattes fill out the specialty board. Bagel sandwiches, hot foods, ready-made sandwiches, cakes and pastries make it a full cafe stop rather than only a drink counter. It remains a late option, open until 1 AM Monday through Saturday and midnight on Sunday.
